Turkey, Most Admired Country of the World But 9th

A research by American Online (AOL), one of the biggest internet companies in Britain revealed that Turkey is 9th among the top 10 countries which British tourists want to visit most.
AOL said that British tourists preferred Turkey because "She is the gate to Asia and is rich in natural appearance." AOL, noting that Cappadocia is the most admired region for English tourists, pointed at the fact that Aegean coasts, which was characterized by Herodotus as the "most perfect coasts of the world", is admired by British tourists.
AOL also stated the city English tourists like most is Istanbul, and said that Istanbul is the only city in the world that is spread over two continents with its territory and population, and had a magnificent view at the top of the Bosporus hill with its mosques, palaces and historical bazaars. According to the research of AOL, Spain ranks first among the top 10 countries which British tourists wish to visit, followed by France, USA, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Greek Section of Cyprus, Turkey and Holland.
